ARE PRODUCTS VEGAN? GLUTEN-FREE?

All products are Vegan, Gluten-Free, Paraben-Free. We never ever test on animals and we choose ingredients from companies that do not perform animal testing either.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF PRODUCTS?

Our products have a general shelf life of 2 years from the time of production, unopened. We recommend you store the products in a cool dark place and avoid extreme temperatures, to maintain optimum efficacy.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Orders are normally processed within 3-4 business days of receipt. They will arrive to you within 5-7 days of order processing. We do ship internationally for a flat rate of $9.00. Simply make this selection at checkout.

Please send an email to info@bffcosmetics.com with your order number and the items you are not satisfied with and we will do our best by offering an exchange for a more suitable shade. However, we recommend that you please review our return policy for specifics as we do not offer refunds and you must notify us within three business days.
